Adds a unique Lever-Action Shotgun to the game named Hasta La Vista. It can be found at New Vegas Steel. It has been rechambered to fire 12 gauge, and as such been given an increased boost to its power, as well as given an increased fire rate, VATS
accuracy, a small increase to crit percent, and a decrease to its spread.
I'm not too familiar with weapon balancing, so feedback as to
whether the weapon is too under/overpowered is appreciated. (Note: It
is not currently affected by the Cowboy Perk, as I would like to finish
making uniques for the other weapons that would be added to the Cowboy
perk list).

Damage - 48 (6.9x7)
Crit Damage - 7
Attack Anim Speed - 1.15x
Spread - 1.9
VATS% - 25
Crit Chance - 1x
Ammo - 5
No WMX Hasta La Vista
Damage - 70 (10x7)
Crit Damage - 10
Attack Anim Speed - 1.25x
Spread - 1.7
