What is PARCS? It is a pack of new creatures for the DC wasteland as well as various other additions! These include but are not limited to: Radwasps, Water Geckos, Wastewolves, Nightkin(new meshes), Pipebombs, tons of new crafting options and so much more!

Alright lets get straight to brass tacks, this mod initially started as a creature addon for ttw, it then span out into a bit more than that adding new recipes, weapons, and a few locations to the game. Here is a short list of them!
Radwasps
These have had nests placed all along overpasses in the CW, they typically spawn in batches
Wastewolves
These have been added to dog lists much stronger than your typical dog
DC Nightkin
Dc nightkin have been added to mutant lists sparingly and hand placed, they also have weapons exclusive to them including the SIlenced Assault Carbine and Vertibird Blade
Water Geckos
Found along rivers, as they get larger they get more dangerous!
RiverLurk
more of a flavor of freshwater crabs, these can be found in NV and DC
Dusky Yao Guai
A final tier of yaoguai to match albino rad scorpions
Silenced Assault Carbine
A Silenced version of the Assault Carbine used by DC Nightkin fully moddable
Vertibird Blade
A blade made from a vertibird propeller
Laser Defender
A take on a laser version of the plasma defender, i just wanted to add this to something tbh ive had it kicking around forever
Pipebomb
Craftable as well as lootable from raiders and mailboxes
Cazador Fist(crafted)
A posion fist made from a cazador stinger
Wasp Fist (crafted)
A posion fist made from a Radwasp stinger

Two new locations have been added and one has been edited, these have been fully navmeshed

They say that Foggy Bottom has recently been infested with a new rad insect, bring the heavy flamer.
