Replaces many hundreds of Movable Statics with Lootable variants - Such as Pots, Coffee Mugs, Fission Batteries and more.

This mod replaces many hundreds of Movable Statics with Lootable variants.
The reason this was re-made is for Compatibility purposes of the original mods that did this, but edited cells in the game. Instead, this version is highly compatible as it doesn't make any game edits, and achieves this through a newer technology of Base Object Swapping.
List of Items that are lootable:
Big Pots
Cooking Pots
Brahmin Skulls
Bloody Skulls
Tweezers
Coffee Mugs
Fission Batteries
No manual exceptions were added in this mod (yet)
However, please feel free to comment what ones are good ideas to exempt and I'll try to do this.
Initially for TTW but most should also work for NV, will clean up and upload the NV Version soon.
