This mod feature a collection of tweaks surround Tenpenny issue. Can you arrange for a peaceful coexistence of ghouls and humans in Tenpenny Tower without a massacre? Can you arrange for a Tenpenny Player House without blowing up Megaton? Can you arrange for more traders market there?

=== Coexistence of ghouls and humans ===
Go for this approach as usual:  deal with the bigots in Tower , then convince Tenpenny for this, then tell Roy to move in.
Normally after 3 days of moving in, a massacre happen and all humans get killed. Now with this mod turn on this wont happen. Uncheck it and after 3 days that happen.
=== Traders market ====
This coexistence of ghouls with humans assure security for the region, so more traders coming through this route. If the massacre happen (for however you manipulate the game) the traders will disappear.
=== Tenpenny Player House ===
One of the new traders already purchase and decorate the luxurious apartment. For the low low price of 5000 she can sell that back to you. You can not decorate it, but the estate is well worth it. And if 5000 is too rich for your blood, well, then, mayhap you can consider staying at Megaton until you can gather  enough caps?
The apartment consist of certain components of certain themes, thus 2 skill books, lots of flowers and vases, bathroom, a fully equipped Armory.
=== Tenpenny killed ===
For lore reason, you really should assasinate Tenpenny in the period AFTER you get Tenpenny's acceptance (with his 500 cap reward) but before you tell Roy to move in. So Roy dont become prime suspect for that. Bad for his reputation and therefore moral upstanding, which affect the feasibility of a committee.
Tenpenny suit is now feature a different female look (old male look is the same) since the old female look is too rigid, not very ... pleasant. So now the female look is really... prewar, and luxurious.

=== Incompatibility ===
Any mod that change Tenpenny player suite is going to clash with this. And if you purchase TPT suite (by blowing up Megaton) you will have problem with this. DO NOT install both.

=== Lore Rambling ===

The reason doing this mod is because of the not sufficient gameplay reason to do coexistence. Because that massacre is a big deterrent for people to not doing it. Why would I help the ghouls moving in to do just that? We can always leave them in their tunnels to rot. Thus this. Tenpenny Suite is nice and all but this is in too far a corner to utilize much.

This mod base on some background musing: Coexistence, and Tenpenny gone in the way of You Gotta Shoot Them in The Head quest. Thus the leadership fall on to a committee of Roy (ghoul faction) Gustavo (existing armed force) and Irving Cheng (civilians). Sound familiar? Yeah, Rivet City before Li leave for Institute is that kind of thing.

As Roy's ghouls moving in, that mean no cohesive armed force outside of Tenpenny Tower, so the security level go way up. This open up to more traders from West direction. But if Roy doing his massacre, of course humans will run away far and fast.

Megaton not blowing up is another reason for this. Who would dare come in to trade in a region just having a big town obliterated, no matter who cause it.

Hman101 doing his TTW Tweaks is a comprehensive, far reaching, collection of minor tweaks to TTW session. Too far reaching for my taste, but I am not hesitating to recommend that mod to any TTW players. Maybe I would get that for 3.3.3 or 3.4. On that mod we can kill Roy to prevent massacre (an acceptable result in my books) or not kill by tweaking toggles.
AVeryUncreativeUsername doing his Ghoul and Tenpenny Truce mod to not initiate massacre without killing Roy. Something in need of quite a lot additions or it would feel ... abrupt. Forceful. This mod is what I recommend to any players like knowing EXACTLY what a mod has inside.
TTW modders team for doing TTW, of course. Without them we dont have this big chunk of content in addition to FNV vanilla. I keep expecting something similar in F4 engine but no such luck~
