Searchlight is one of the weirdest locations in the base game in my opinion. It almost feels like it was randomly generated. Copy/pasted buildings in a row, building styles that drastically clash with each other, and it looks nothing like it's real world location. I wanted my Searchlight to fit my own design philosophy:
- Try to make the main street look like it was inspired by the real world location
- Reduce the amount of copy/pasted buildings
- Don't mess with the larger buildings that have interiors (police/fire)
Things to note: Does not add new npcs Does not edit existing npcs Does not edit interiors Does not add new interiors (I will be making patches for interior mods) I was slightly lazy with using scol's this time around and only did the fences. If anyone faces performance issues, I'll look into expanding that.
I made these decisions to make it as compatible as possible. Patches will be coming in the future.
This mod makes landscape edits and should be loaded after other mods that affect the area.
