Adds in a New Machine gun based on the M1919 with LL and TTW integration animations and even a Unique!

Add in the Browning M2067 PIMG a lore friendly Machine gun!
includes the following!
1 gun with 3 modifications
(a Compensator a Red dot sight and Improved internals)
Leveled list TTW and perk integration!
Animations made by Serviamnon!
and a Unique version hidden somewhere in the Mojave!
Lore behind the gun!
the idea behind this is in 2067 during the deployment of the first sets of T-45 old M1919 Machine gun where repurposed as the PIMG (Powered Infantry Machine Gun) to be used along with them!
