========
This mod adjusts the heel-height of NPCs and the player if they are wearing a high-heeled item that is compatible with Fallout2AM's High Heel framework.

This mod contains no actual high-heeled items. You need the mods that are compatible with Fallout2AM's High Heel framework, such as some armor/clothes included in Allnarta's Robert F - Female Body Replacer. There are many of them available at nexus.com.

Footstep sound option
=====================
Custom high-heel footstep sound is available in a separate package, called "Heel Height Adjuster Footstep Sound Resource". Due to the technical limitation, the footstep sound is implemented as an "ArmorAudioTemplate" rather than as actual footstep sounds. The problem here is, "ArmorAudioTemplate" is meant to be used for the sounds the armors/clothes would make following a footstep, not for the footstep sounds. So you would notice that this "footstep sound" is not exactly synced to walking/running animations. It's especially off on walking animation.

Another tricky thing about this option is that if you activate it on your plugin-list, by default, all the items that contain at least one high-heeled model will have custom high-heel footstep sound for both female and male models. You can limit it to the items with only high-heeled models by setting "iFootstepSoundMode=1" on "data\config\Heel Height Adjuster.ini".

The high-heel footstep sounds are originally made by DavidGreck and Joseph SARDIN - BigSoundBank.com.
