Adds Addictol to the game that fully cures addictions. Can only be bought for 50 caps from Doc Mitchell, Dr. Kemp (Camp McCarran), and Dr. Usanagi (NV Medical Clinic).
I only included these ones for balancing and lore reasons (i.e Forlorn Hope wouldn''t have it because of supply issues etc). Also a few other doctors share a Vendorchest so I didn't bother with some of the others.
Im also aware theres another mod that adds this stuff but it contains 2 accidental cell edits so this one is error free :)
