Add a drivable tank to Fallout New California at Fort Daggerpoint

I don't really liked M1 Abrahams in the Fallout New California because it doesn't really fit Fallout aethestic so I decided to add the Sherman tank from The Frontier. This mod remove all M1 Abrahams and replace them with the Frontier Sherman.
- Some are drivable, some are not.
- I put some repair thermic lance and jerry can along with tank shell ammo so you wouldn't run out.
- You can find the tank at the exterior of Fort Daggerpoints. There are a couple of them, including the P8-Mouse version of the tank.
Because I reappropriated the tank from The Frontier so the tank bear the NCR logo on them that I could not change, but doesn't since the location used to have NCR presence anyway so you always roleplay that the NCR garrison there fixed the tank but get a surprise attack before they could do anything.

-Tank cannon and camera mismatch : It because newer version of stewie tweaks and JIP LN. Down grade lStewieAl's Tweaks and Engine Fixes to version v6.46 and JIP LN to v56.62
