Adds a new park location to help flesh out the New Vegas Strip. Compatible with Vanilla, Simple Open Strip ,and The Strip - 2023.

This mod adds a new park to The Strip behind Vault 21 and Michel Angelo's. I used a base layout from this hidden gem of a mod here. Since that mod has open permissions and was never updated I have cleaned it up and expanded upon the park. This mod contains none of the other edits that it had to Freeside or Camp McCarren. This mod also does not have all of the wild requirements.
It currently adds some NPCs but they do not have proper packages set up (yet), I will work on adding that in soon but for now they will still help fill out the area and make it feel lively.
The main mod only requires Simple Open Strip. Load this mod after it.
There are optional files that are compatible with the vanilla game as well as The Strip - 2023! Load this mod after it.
Other mods may be compatible or only need minimal patching.
I've also included a file with regenerated Landscape LOD for the strip that was made using the plugin from Aqua Performa to ensure the performance gains stay intact. You may or may not need this file depending on what other mods you're running that edit The Strip landscape records.
Highly recommend downloading this mod to have your palm trees look awesome like the ones in the screenshots.
