Grabbing live NPCs is from "The Groovatron" is extremely helpful, like when pathing fails or you want to rush an NPC to a location without console. However, The Groovatron is very very old, kind of doesn't work, and is very buggy otherwise.
This just isolates the Grab NPC function from that mod and replaces the key handler with modern Event Handling.
