I saw a post in House displays an error message upon death suggest that it would be great for Wild Wasteland playthrough. So I decide to turn in into a real Wild Wasteland encounter.

If player has a Wild Wasteland trait (acquire from using The Sink Auto-Doc is OK), while you're in Lucky 38 Penthouse, and you able to make him disconnect from his Mainframe. The Mainframe will show the parody of Windows Blue Screen of Death instead of normal losting connection.

The screen will be keep like that after the Wild Wasteland Message trigger, which will occur near the Mainframe. Remove the trait after the trigger won't change the screen back to vanilla. On the other hand, remove the trait before the trigger will cause the losting connection appear normally. The change also apply to Securitron Vault Mainframe, but Wild Wasteland Message will only trigger at Lucky 38 Penthouse.

Due to how I want the mod to be light weight without messing the original script, so I made that Wild Wasteland Message trigger become the checkpoint for keeping change. If player didn't trigger the Wild Wasteland Message, it's possibe for the screen to change depend on Wild Wasteland trait status.

This mod is light weight so I suggest people to merge it with other mod to save load Order.

Compatibiliy
May have incompatibiliy with the mods those edit Lucky 38 Penthouse. Try load those mods after this one.
This mod contain no quest. All Scripts were design to only run when need so It should be no performance impact.
