Restores the sunken water in the northeastern section of the map where the Overton Arm should be, and removes the unsightly rock wall jutting out into the river. In the base game, the northeast is entirely dry and missing water. This is because Obsidian sunk all of the cells water planes to -2300 underneath the game world. They also added an unsightly rock wall jutting out into the body of water to cover up the sudden cutoff. I can only assume this was done for some extra frames on console, particularly PS3. This mod will restore the entire missing bodies of water, which at it's core consists of the Overton Arm, as well as the Colorado Rivers South Cove and all surrounding areas. It is possible you may lose some frames with this mod, however on my load order with Stewies Engine Tweaks and DXVK I noticed 0 fps loss. This leads me to believe most modern systems and properly modded games should be entirely unaffected. Do you need this mod? Probably not, these bodies of water are rarely visible in the base game, but there are times you can notice the clear cutoff so it's really a matter of preference.

While this should be compatible with most things, it's worth noting anything that edits these cells will likely conflict with this mod and need to be patched. The vote of confidence in general compatibility is the edited areas are out of bounds so mods shouldn't have a need to touch those areas in most cases.

Simply drag and drop the contents of the mod into your games "Data" folder, and activate with the mod manager of your choice. Alternatively, install directly through Mod Organizer 2. You will need to regenerate your LOD with whichever LOD program you see fit.
