Overview:
Just turns off the stealth suit voice and stim usage. Esp free.
All this does is turn off the quest/quest script that handles the stim usage and voice lines.
Will work on an ongoing save.
If removed mid-save, the voice lines and stim usage will not restart.

Requirements:
JIP LN, xNVSE, Johnny, the usual stuff.

Installation:
Regular installation.
