About this mod

A patch for the Caesar's New Regime mod that fixes deleted navmeshes (known to cause CTD's) and deleted references in the original mod to enable players to enjoy a crash-free playthrough. Optional files offer stripped versions of the mod for folks who feel the original mod may have offered too much or simply want the armours for themselves.

These patches will require the original Caesar's New Regime - Legion Overhaul mod.

Reading the comments on the original CNR mod, there were repeated complaints of crashes at the Battle of Hoover Dam. I thought I'd try my hand at fixing these issues and give myself a break from trying to combine two major overhauls for Fallout 3 along with other major additions. I've created patches to ameliorate the problems presented in the original CNR mod and user requests.

There are three patches to choose from:

1. Caesar's New Regime - Cleaned. Should do away with any crashes. Consider this the base replacer version with everything but the crashes.

2. Caesar's New Regime - Stripped Down. Just gives Legion NPCs the armours and nothing else.

3. Caesar's New Regime - Barebones Edition. Based on the Stripped Version - absolutely no NPC or armour changes, locations, new content, etc. Armour and Weapons only available as standalone versions chucked into a dumpster somewhere
by an embittered ex-Ranger

Select only one of these three!

Changelog:

01/09/2023 - Added a "Barebones" Edition. This one removes all armour and stat changes, levelled list alterations, new characters and locations introduced by CNR.
The new armours are no longer armour replacers but standalone versions so your courier/companion can stand out from the rest of the wasteland! Unless the weapon is named for a specific character, the new gear can only be gotten from dumpsters near the Legion Safehouse.
Make sure you bring some extra bobbypins. - or better yet, just grab a doggone crowbar!

I do not consent to ANY of my mods here on the Nexus being used in any collections!
