Due to a frankly genius decision by obsidian a few of the signs in Freeside flicker annoyingly, due to two parts being on-top of each other. This was done due to the texture being less than ideal for being on both sides thanks to asymmetry. They got around it by having flipped duplicates of the text parts of the signs. Shame New Vegas is notorious for Z-fighting issues over long distances. This mod fixes that flicker.
