Overview:
This tiny esp-free file will simply add any throwable weapon which hits a target to the target's inventory.

This does not add the ability to retrieve projectiles which hit walls or floors or whatever. If you want that, use the excellent Retrievable Throwables Reforged.

By default, this does not cover OWB's throwing proton axes. I prefer those to be consumed due to the nature of their being high tech and carrying an electric charge, which implies to me that their charge is dispersed on hit and they are therefore no longer dangerous or useful.

This will apply to the player when hit by throwing weapons, though it won't say the "___ added" corner message.

Customization:
To enable retrieval of proton axes, simply remove the ; before the two lines in the text file that coordinate to those two weapons.

To provide this functionality to mod-added throwables, simply duplicate one of the existing lines, and change the "second"::WeapNVThrowingKnife
to
"second"::WeapShuriken
or whatever the editor ID for the weapon you want is.

Requirements:
JIP LN, xNVSE, Johnny, the usual stuff.

Installation:
Regular installation.
Please endorse and vote if you appreciate the mod.

Patches:
DMT is automatically patched by default if it is loaded.

Limitations:
NPCs may immediately switch to a throwing weapon that they've been hit with and throw it back. On one hand, this is fun and hilarious. On the other hand, it's a little goofy. I may try to adjust things so that the throwable weapons are added on death or when combat ends, but that may not work out, and I may not bother.

I originally considered having only hits which penetrate DT add the weapon to the target, but this both doesn't make much sense, and it also didn't wanna cooperate with me, so I removed that factor.

Bugs:
Please post bugs in the bugs tab, not the posts. I get a notification when bugs are posted, but I have too many mods to keep up on the posts on all of them routinely.

Questions:
Why use this when there's fancier ones that let you pick up weapons that hit non-targets and stuff?
Cause I just prefer this implementation. Some of the features on the other contemporaries don't suit my tastes, and this mod is esp-free, so there's some slightly different appeal there.
Patch for ___ mod?
I explained how you can do that yourself above.

Permissions:
Do whatever.
