Overview:
This tiny mod "fixes" a tiny thing that's always bothered me about the start of Fallout 3 - the free XP resulting in enough for a levelup when leaving the vault.
Admittedly, the biggest reason that I dislike this is because anytime I start a new game to do a test for a mod I'm messing with, I always have to go through the levelup screen when I COC out of the starting cave when using Quick Start, but when using Quick Start for normal play, it feels dumb to me to just get a levelup for free when walking out the door to start the game.
The levelup does feel more earned when not using Quick Start, but I hardly ever don't use it, and even if I don't use it, I'd still prefer to get the XP to levelup more organically through the XP granted during the intro sequence and early combat outside the vault.

JIP LN, xNVSE, Johnny, the usual stuff.
TTW, obviously.

Installation:
Regular installation.
There is a version for Quick Start users and a version for those who do not use Quick Start. Choose one, delete the other.

Load Order:
Place this after Delay DLC Redux. Don't use it's Delay CG04 Levelup file if using this file.
