Adds gamblers, locals, and some special NPCs to Atomic Wrangler, clutters the place, enable the Escorts... among other things. Brings some life to one of the emptiest places of Freeside!
List of some changes:
More gamblers, locals and travelers using furnitures and new idle markers thanks to better AI package. They can also enter/exit casino (but you won't see them in Freeside) and look like to interact with others NPC. Drinking animation for NPC sitting. Too many NPCs for you? Use the INI file to disable some of them.
Some NPC could play you a bad trick, beware of your wallet...
Restore the escorts everyone talk about. You can't interact with them. If you want company, finish the appropriate quests for the twins.
Some doors will auto-close after NPC use them, so no more doors unlocked by the twins when they are going in bed
Henry Jamison will be disabled in a sad but realistic way after completing his quest (removing an useless NPC is good for performances)
If you never entered the Strip, you can see a famous detective doing his job. No interaction, just for lore. Is disabled after some time or when you enter the Strip
Clutter the place with a lot of junk
Redo the previously Garret's only cell. It looks now more like a shabby hotel, according to the vanilla sounds
Tweaks AI of vanilla NPC to allow them to move (Santiago, Beatrix, Fisto...)
Escorts will dance every night on the stage
Guards are mostly staying where they are, no more sleep/guard cycle, it was useless
Improve the OffLimits script to avoid guards going angry when walking on a public corridor
COMPATIBILITY
Conflict with the full version of ExRB - Extended Roombounds. Use the patch provided here or the lite "Stripped Down" version of ExRB mod.
