This is a new esp I created for the above linked SKS Simonov mod by MTindle - Naky - MG which adds proper leveled list function so powder gangers, vipers, jackals, legion, and fiends will spawn with it. It will also be available to purchase at GunRunners, or in Doc Mitchell's house by the toilet.
Simply merge/overwrite the original esp.
