Annoyed by the constant songs? This mod stops Radios in the world from automatically playing by default. Does not affect manually turning radios on/off. No ESP

Have you ever been wandering through a dark, complex location, with ominous music playing, and then you get to a room with a radio blasting I Got Spurs again? Have you been trying to enjoy the atmosphere of a location and all you can hear is Johnny Guitar? No More!
This Scriptrunner mod will make it so that all radios in the world start OFF by default. Please note that this does not affect turning them on/off, they can still be interacted with as normal and they won't be turned off when re-entering a cell where a radio was turned on.
Optionally, it can also affect speakers (for example, the loudspeakers in Freeside) which play random music.
