This is a very simple mod that does exactly what it says on the tin and nothing else. It restores the three Westside thugs that were meant to appear outside the South Cistern during The White Wash, after confronting Hector. It's easily one of the funniest moments in the game, so no idea why this was cut or why no one else has attempted to restore it since Uncut Wasteland.
This uses the vanilla voice files that were left in the game.
Should be compatible with everything except Outside Bets.
