Makes Jas Wilkins move to the Tops after you complete her quest and clear out the Deathclaws in QJ. Includes HQ ElevenAI voice acting.

An unused script variable reveals that Jas Wilkins was meant to travel to the Strip after the player helps her and clears out Quarry Junction. This mod restores that and adds a few new lines of dialogue for when you meet her in Vegas. She can be found in the Tops casino, usually near the slots. Note that she ceases to be a merchant once she leaves Sloan.
The script is intentionally delayed for a bit so she won't leave immediately. That means it requires JIP (but you should already have it installed anyway).
Should be compatible with everything. I tested it with the Tops Casino Restored and Casino Crowds.
***Note: This release is deprecated and will not receive future updates. It has been merged into the AIO collection which I will be focusing on from here on out.
