What Does This Mod Do?

Adds a brand-new weapon, the Micro-Missile Launcher (formerly known as the Mini Missile Launcher).

It uses the rockets from Lonesome Road as ammunition, providing a mid-game explosive weapon to use this otherwise one-off ammunition type in the main Mojave area. Damage is comparable to a 25mm Grenade APW, but slightly weaker to offset the lightning fast fire rate, at 10+35 damage per shot (10 being direct hit damage, 35 being from the explosion). Regular rockets also have a much smaller explosion radius than the Red Glare ones. Incendiary and HE Rockets have the "Red Glare" effect and explosion radius on them still, but regular rockets don't. Let's just pretend those special rocket types are unique to the Divide, okay? I didn't want to cut this gun off from those ammunition types. Consider it a late game buff if you get strong enough to take on the Lonesome Road.

This weapon is automatic, meaning if you use the StewieAI tweak to remove automatic weapon firing delay, you'll be able to pull the trigger like no tomorrow at crazy fast speeds. If someone ever decides to give this a custom animation set, we can look at fixing that, but until then it stays as-is. Be gentle on that trigger, now.

The magazine size has been reduced from 12 to 6, because the weapon has 6 rockets visibly loaded in the front.

You'll find this weapon on Super Mutants, heavy NCR troops, and in shops that sell mid-tier explosive weapons. Mick and Ralph's secret inventory would be a good place to start looking.

This mod does not add rockets to vendor leveled lists. You'll have to find ammo off the bodies of the enemies you kill, or craft the ammo with the Lonesome Road recipes.

Oh yeah, and I changed the firing sound, cause the original one used the plasma caster for some reason.

Compatibility:

The original mod had the texture paths baked into the .esp, as well as the mesh itself. That wouldn't be a huge problem normally, except it seemed to cause folks a lot of trouble when compatibility was concerned. Popular weapon texture mods that included custom meshes but overwrote the original texture paths (like Millenia's wonderful Weapon Retexture Project) would break this mod, as the UVs no longer matched up. To remedy this, the textures have been un-baked from the esp, and the problem textures have been corrected.

Besides this, leveled list integration is done via scripts, so no sweating there.

Patches are included for TTW, Sweet6Shooter's Perk mod, and Dead Money Tweaks. They're built into the mod, no need for extra downloads.

There's also a bonus .esp that buffs the damage of the weapon to bring it in line with, specifically, BLEEDLESS, since I happen to use that mod in my load order. Specifically, it brings the explosion damage up to 60, from 35.
