Turns the holorifle into a shotgun, so it's not just another gauss rifle with better ammo efficiency (Also an optional file to make the Holorifle craftable. Works without main file).

What Does This Mod Do?

Turns the Holorifle into a Holo-Shotgun! (doesn't change the name, though, because Holo-shotgun sounds dumb!)

The weapon is generally a bit weaker, since the projectiles are separated and will each be individually affected by DT, but that's nothing some max charge cells can't fix! If you think it's too weak, feel free to change some values. Personally, I always thought the Holorifle was too strong for a weapon that only requires level 50 energy weapons, so this suits me.

Optional file included to allow the weapon to benefit from the Shotgun Surgeon/And Stay Back perks. I'm not sure how balanced this will be, which is why it's optional.

There's also a file that lets you craft the Holorifle, in case you don't feel like running back and forth between the same handful of areas in Dead Money again. At least the writing was good.

Compatibility:

This mod uses scripts to change its stats, so it should be compatible with all mods! That means mesh replacers, mods that boost the holo-rifle's damage by 10,000, or even theoretically mods that change the holorifle's projectile. The only stats this mod enforces are:

1 Projectile --> 7 Projectiles
Crit Damage 80 --> Crit Damage 11 (that's per pellet, adds up to 77)
Minimum Spread 0.4 --> 2
Damage Over Time 15/3s --> 2/3s (that's per pellet, adds up to 42)

There's also a few flags here and there that get moved around to prevent this weapon from glitching out. Shouldn't be a problem.
