After receiving permission from Tel Shadow, I make this v2.5b for his Pittburg Expansion Project. Aside from old content, this new version provide double the area, with some new NPCs, and some fix

The Pittsburgh Expansion Project overhauls and expands on the Pitt DLC and aims to add more content along with more things to see explore and kill along with repairing afew problems with the dlc in the first place, that being objects not placed right and things not working correctly.

(stealth update 2.52b : you dont really need to install this unless you are having (rare) bugs. No new content, just bugs fixing)
- *Updated 2.5b* 2 Trog Lairs in Uptown Residential area to show where the trogs come from.
- A player home (Room 77) in Uptown just before you head to Ashurs tower. Nice view!
- A half-ruined underground cell linked the street and the inside of Haven lobby. Its theme is the power generator supplying Haven, also served as emergency escape. The Haven entry is impossibly locked right now because I want to prevent a 2way connection into haven during main quest that not fit logic and story-consistent. The key is to appear in Midea's quarter ONLY IF she take care of the baby. The Uptown street entry is near the Room 77, difficult lock, so you can can explore that tunnel.
- I set up hidden stash for an emergency escape through this tunnel (hypothetically speaking). it will be a bit hard to open them but it's very very possible (I test). The supply is all normal stuffs.
- Several buildings/rooms/cells on the area in and around the bridge area.
- The old Liberty Tunnel now lead to a Blocked Tunnel that allow access to the Overlook on Mt Washington. The small suburb townlet there has the camp of a ragtag caravan whose trunk contained much needed imports to this area. The truck there is purely decorative so dont bother.
- Another Mt Washington Transit Tunnel was set up beyond the robot facility. A cul-de-sac location~ It's available in v1.0 but the door asset is a faulty one that cant be interact. I fixed the door and the interior cell a bit.
- In Midea quarter and the Steel yard, I hid tools at logical place to ensure an explorer will have tool to mass purifying water. Any HC roleplayers want to drink pure water can now enjoy their challenge.

One thing of beta nature is my attempt to fix certain case of Trogs getting killed instantly upon spawning. This happens in F3, and in TTW322 and I suspect it being a result of too many big bodies appearing in close space. So I try some manual relocation "fix" to see if it help. This would be of interest to users of More Spawn, or IWS, or Larger Packs. So if you guys discover more case of Trogs instantly died before you can kill them, please report back~ Vanilla TTW speaking, this "bug" should not appear at all. Only users of those type of spawn mods would maybe have problem with it.

The new NPC is a Fresh Produce Merchant whose inventory is mostly fresh food, being the food trader that they are. The colorful group of tribals are mostly guards with Legion chatter, being pre-recruit, so to speak. The other named char is there just for flavor since I cant think of a good quest and good dialog to add. The two wearing Legion costume are just that, wearing. I havent written out clearly whether they are exLegion or just wearing their loots.

*UPDATE 2.5b* One slave cook Nuala in the midea's hut. She work for Harris so she can sell some food from start. One dancer and one slave cook in the secret escape tunnel mentioned above. 2 slave merchants share their names and faces in Wernher hideout will sell Harris' and Friday's merchant inventories, to show that Wernher totally not alone and has his own spies.

---- New item ----
Not yet. On the other hand, there's one thing I change. Cram. This item is practically not selling in DC, only placement. So to fix this relative rarity of this item, I spread a bunch to the cells (There's a vanilla note mention this Cram thing which give the impression of relative popularity compare to other foods). if you dont want to eat slops in a pure-HC-roleplaying run, this is a (minor) help, so you dont have to rush to the Uptown's 2 traders to buy food.

---- Incompatibility ----
Please dont install this mod along side v1.0 The Pittburg Expansion Project. There will be troubles if you do so~
This mod is made with TTW v3.3.2. I havent tested with the old 3.2.2 yet, but considering a lot of mods for 322 doesnt work for 332, backward compat is not guaranteed.
If there's trouble loading game, please arrange this mod EITHER in the lowest priority just below yupttw, OR highest priority over everything else. Due to a combo effect of TTW332, navmesh change, esm issue, there's no common fix to the nonloading issue.

1st thank be given to Bethesda and Obsidian for making these wonderful games.
2nd thank be given to the modders of Tale of Two Wasteland, and the developer of xEdit which allow the many possibilities we can dream of.
3rd thank and credit is to Tel Shadow and his team for making The Pittburg Expansion Project on F3, and then later port to TTW322.
