Forwaded changes such as water noise texture, water type, data type etc to match the recent TTW Changes.
this mod does not change any roombound to the original mod, so performance will be the same

there's a conflict with Atmospheric Lightning Tweaks mod, just let ALT have higher priorities and you'll be fine
