Overview
Hoping to be the very last prerelease restoration, this simple mod restores two very small instances of pre-release content — traffic lights seen around Crimson Caravan worldspace and sandbags near Novac — I hadn't seen addressed elsewhere.
If there are any other similarly minor instances of cut objects that have yet to be restored — let me know!
Installation
The standard fare. For non-Vortex users:
Extract contents to the Data Folder, overwriting any files; then
Activate minorcutobjects.esp through the New Vegas Launcher or a mod manager.
