What is this?
This mod replaces the loadscreens with custom ones made out of art from the NV Collector's Edition cards. Some AI upscaling and photoshop and here they are. Enjoy. I recommend using this mod with Chill Start Menu.
INSTALLATION:
This is a simple model/texture replacer. Install with your mod manager or simply drop the folders to your game Data directory.
