Do I need to active both esps?
Yes.

Where is the radio station headquarters?
North of Sloan by Neil's Shack.

Why put the headquarters by all the deathclaws? Why a level 100 lock?
The gun is pretty powerful, so to avoid any early game cheesing it's not the easiest thing for an early game player to get to.

Does this mod conflict with any others?
As Courier's Radio Station is the bedrock foundation of this mod, that will likely conflict. However, no other mod should be a problem unless they have something in the same spot as the New Love Radio Headquarters.

Why does *insert song or commercial* play so often when there's so many other audio files to choose from?
It's just how the GECK operates when it comes to radios, it's like why Johnny Guitar is so prominent in the vanilla game. Give it enough time and new songs and commercials will come your way!

Why is it so quiet?
To avoid blowing out player's ear drums with the normal sound files being bumped up by the GECK some audio may seem pretty low. However, you can always raise the volume of radios in your settings!
