This mod adds a lore-friendly player's safehouse to one of the ruined buildings in Freeside

Two room authentic safehouse located in Freeside next door to the Silver Rush. Second floor is also available as it is
Inside you will find everything you need to survive in the wasteland. Plenty of containers, workbenches, reusable chemistry station, campfire ect.
