Adds a utility jumpsuit variant for each vault in the base game that didn't have one and distributes them.

This mod restores the cut vault utility jumpsuits. They can all be found inside of their respective vaults, hand-placed with no container edits, and on certain NPCs. Michaelangelo wears the V21 utility jumpsuit and awards you with one for completing his quest. Ricky has the only V22 utility jumpsuit and you can grab it off him after he dies. Chris Haversam has a V34 utility jumpsuit.
***Note: This release is deprecated and will not receive future updates. It has been merged into the AIO collection which I will be focusing on from here on out.
