Added a hatch in the NCR Headquarters room that goes down to the Air Ship Hanger. You can only access the room where you talk to Sarah Rosen so you can do the side quest Signal Interupted without having to commit to the NCR playthrough.
Note that I could not properly open the Air Ship Hanger on GECK so the ladder is right next to Rosen and I can’t change it. (I included a picture if anyone can help)
