if anyone is looking for a way to bypass the NVlauncher if you edit the launcher_settings.cfg file located in falloutnewvegas folder. change BinaryPath=FalloutNVLauncher.exe to BinaryPath=FalloutNV.exe
this will make the falloutNV.exe direct launch the game
I've been having problems with the mod "FNV 4GB Patcher" it keeps saying "INVALID EXE VERSION" even though I already patch it with this mod. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Also, it possible that exe is ALREADY large address aware already. It's very possible, considering they sell it in 2024. Gog version's exe is very much so and the patcher always say invalid exe type
I have the same issue. Patched normally, now, when I try to install 4GB aware, it says - incorrect EXE version. If I try to ran the patcher again, it says - the game is already patched. Did you find any solution to that? Thanks.
Really thanks, but i didnt read the note in the first place, i was complaining to bethesda and epic games discord server, and discuss with them why the achievement system didnt count my progress. hahahahaha really, so EG discord server conclude that the Epic games overlay cannot be open that cause the achivement didnt counted. And they told me, if using mod also the reason the problem.
After verifying my game, FNV cannot be open and closed it self in the loading screen. I disabled all the mods, the game is running, im still trying to find the conflicted mod or anything. And then i try to open FNV folder then launching patcher or NVSE loader just to check if its working. And yeah its working, the game running again, maybe verifying the game make the file return to normal before the Downgrader did the job.
Then this morning i re read this mod notes, and find out the achievement actually not working with this Downgrader hahahaha. I learn something today.
I hope you can make the achievements works in the future, hope you have time and resource to make it happen. Thanks

I've tested faster leveling and 2perks per level, none seem to work.
