About this mod

Currently adds 14 perks in total, more to come. This mod is my first release. It started as a project to RP as myself within New Vegas, now it has become a project to add many more perks into the game.

Features
  • adds 12 new perks


Types
(Passive) -> These perks are always active
(Activated) -> These perks are activated upon pressing a key
(Recipe) -> These perks add new crafting recipes to the in game crafting stations
(Timed) -> These perks are on a set timer
(Using Chem) -> These perks activate upon using specified chems
(Item) -> These perks add items to the game, either to the player's inventory, or into other containers
(VATS) -> These perks are only available using VATS
(Karma) -> These perks are affected by karma
(Explosion) -> These perks modify explosions
(Bipolar) -> These perks switch upon a set timer while using the "Bipolar" trait


Leveled Perks
Premium Delivery(Passive): {Req. Lvl 2, END >= 7} You are prompt on delivering various things across the Mojave. You run 25% faster, and carry weight is increased by 25.

Fatter Man(Explosion): {Req. Lvl 10, Explosives 55} You have learned to modify mini nukes to get more kick out of them. Increases damage, damage radius, and effect radius of the Fat Man explosions.

Jet Head(Passive): {Req. Lvl 12, Medicine 55} You are an experienced Jet user, and have learned to hone in the high as if it was art - to hyper-focus. Adds the Jet Head Focus perk for 30secs upon using Jet.

Non-Leveled Perks
Jet Head Focus(Using Chem(Jet)): {Req. Jet Head} You are an experienced Jet user, and have learned to hone in the high as if it was art - to hyper-focus. Jet now grants a 95% VATS hit-chance.

Depressive(Bipolar): {Req. Bipolar} You seem to be in a rut.. Actions now take twice the amount of energy, and you regain energy 25% slower.

Manic(Bipolar): {Req. Bipolar} You seem to be off the walls.. Actions now take 75% less energy, and you regain energy 50% faster.

Hypo-mania
(Bipolar): {Req. Bipolar} You seem to be more productive.. Actions now take 50% less energy, and you regain energy 25% faster.

Flashback(Post Traumatic) {Req. Post Traumatic} You are stuck reliving bad memories. Due to these bad memories you have trouble focusing (20% accuracy reduction in VATS, and screen effects).


Modified Traits
Four Eyes(Passive): {Req. PER < 8} While wearing any type of glasses, you have +1 PER. Without glasses, you have -1 PER. You're legally blind, your vision is significantly reduced when not wearing glasses, and drastically improved by wearing glasses. Surviving this long, you are lucky (+2 LCK, +5 Survival).


Traits
Nudist(Passive): {Req. None} You are not comfortable in clothing, and you're not willing to wear it.

Legally Blind(Passive) {Req. PER <= 5} NOW REPLACED WITH A MODIFIED VERSION OF "FOUR EYES"... Still accessible through console commands, if you don't want the glasses PER boost! Using Johnny Guitar NVSE you can type "player.addperk ptelegallyblind", or you can use the form ID: 01001655, but replace the first two numbers with the mods spot in your load order -- for example if it is at spot 34 do "player.addperk 34001655"


Night Owl
(Passive) {Req. None} Hoot hoot. You thrive during the night(6pm - 6am), earning 10% more XP, but you are groggy during the day(6am - 6pm), earning -10% XP.

Bipolar(Passive): {Req. None} You switch in between mania, depression, and hypo-mania frequently.

Autism(Passive): {Req. None} You have trouble with social interactions (-4 CHR). You are particularly skilled in one area, but lack the interest for others. (Special interest -- sets a skill to 75, and all others to 10)

Post Traumatic(Passive) {Req. None} A raider killed someone you knew with explosives, leaving you to deal with the memory for the rest of your life. You feel like you always have to watch over your shoulder (+3 DT). Whenever an explosive goes off nearby you go into a flashback (Adds flashback effect (for 4mins))

Serial Killer(Passive) {Req. None} After your first kill, you become addicted to killing. You start to go through the phases of a serial killer. Murdering Phase: You commit brutal, and cold murders (+10 Guns,  Melee Weapons, Energy Weapons, & Explosives), and stay vigilant of witnesses nearby (+1 PER), activated upon killing, removes other phases. Totem Phase: You snap back into reality for a moment, realizing the extent of your actions, sad that it is over, often taking souveneirs (-2 END), however the sentiment of the murder remains (+5 Guns, Melee Weapons, Energy Weapons, & Explosives). Depression Phase: You don't feel like the murder was done well enough, taking a hit to your self image (-2 END, -2 CHR, -5 DR, -2 AGL, -10 Health, -2 STR), needing to improve on your methods (+2 INT), and you feel distracted (-2 LCK, -2 PER). Aura Phase: You tend to withdrawal socially during this phase (-5 Speech, -2 CHR), and you are lost in fantasy about your next murder (-3 PER). Trolling Phase: You carefully plan out your next murder (+1 PER, +5 to all weapon skills), but all this thinking has you choked up (-15 Speech, -3 CHR). Flirting Phase: You attempt to get closer to you victims through persuasion (+2 CHR, +15 Speech & Barter), however this is when you are most likely to be caught off gaurd (-5 DR, -20 Energy Weapons & Guns, -10 Melee Weapons & Explosives).
