Not really a mod, just a few tweaks in an ESP for DUST

Not really a mod, just a few tweaks in an ESP, load after dust & all the fixes.
Main features: Renamed and rebalanced backpacks, there are still 4 total, small static spawn removed, kept original "huge backpack" in same place, although its the (By a tiny bit) weakest of the 4 backpacks now
Removed Long Haul perk (basically integrated in the packs themselves, although overal carry weight is nerfed a bit... but better out of the box so early game is less frustrating -> Lowered pack rat requirements to compensate for making barter less useful in dust than ever.

The backpack visual mod is no longer required if you're using my mod, tiny tweak in the editor was made
