About this mod

Adds hundreds of hand-placed Crows into the Wasteland. On top of buildings, lampposts, signs, trees, and more. Not just on the ground like Obsidian planned.

Hundreds of crows were hand-placed in every major city and town, but not only that, they now have multiple layers of verticality.

Now, you will be able to see crows where they should be. Hiding, and observing, where humans can't reach them. Look high into areas that were previously empty, there is a good chance there is a Crow sitting there now.

Overall, this adds much needed life to towns and cities, where higher reaches of the world are empty. Crows are mostly seen around areas with high levels of food, trash, traffic, and people.

Locations covered as of now are;

Goodsprings
Primm
Nipton
Mojave Outpost
Novac
Boulder City (Exterior and Interior worlds)
Freeside (Interior World and minor parts of Exterior world)
Westside
Crimson Caravan (Interior World and minor parts of Exterior world)
Camp Mccarran (Interior World and minor parts of Exterior world)
The Strip (All Three Interior Worlds)

Should be compatible with everything that doesn't add objects where I have placed Crows.

Crow/Raven mesh and texture replacers are fine.

Some building's hitboxes weren't compatible with Crow Havoc Navmeshing, therefore some objects have had their hitboxes changed and or removed for easier placement.

You may encounter Crows that are not perfectly flat on their surface, this is due to the atrocious vanilla hitboxes, I have done as much fixing as I could. So it should barely be noticeable.

I highly recommend Drag's Raven mesh and texture replacer. It is extremely HD compared to the vanilla Crow/Raven model

New Vegas Reloaded (Install from nightly builds in the Discord)

Add ambient sounds nearby Crows for acoustic space.
Randomize animations so they are not all on the same animation sequence.
Add Crows outside of main cities and towns.

If you'd like to add your own Crows to the world, create a new form of the Raven creature in the Geck, make sure it is immobile and it has no AI packages. Your Crow will now float, but make sure either no collision hitboxes are nearby or that it is a flat surface. A helpful hint in the Geck is : View > Collision Geometry. Have fun.
