Fixed an issue where the quest wouldn't complete after talking to Festus
This mod adds a quest that begins when you pick up your first Sunset Sarsaparilla Star Bottle Cap. It adds markers to the others, and when you've collected 50 of them, it directs you to talk to Festus to claim the reward at Sunset Sarsaparilla HQ.
If you install it on a save in progress, it should update to account for the ones you've already collected. Also works with TTW.
