With this mod installed, failing to hack a terminal will no longer result in being locked out of the terminal and unable to try again. Instead, the lock level of the terminal will increase by one level, making it more challenging to hack the terminal the next time around.

A rather simple script runner, it does what it says in the mod's overview.
With this mod installed, failing to hack a terminal will no longer result in being locked out of the terminal and unable to try again. Instead, the lock level of the terminal will increase by one level, making it more challenging to hack the terminal the next time around.
For example, if you fail to hack an "Easy" terminal, instead of being locked out, the terminal's lock level is increased to "Average," and if you fail again, it's increased to "Hard." The terminal doesn't truly lock you out until you fail to unlock it at the "Very Hard" level. At that point, you can only try again if you have the Computer Whiz perk.
This mod probably won't work with mods that bypass the hacking minigame as the script fires whenever the minigame menu is closed.
Install it like any other mod, although this mod doesn't have an esp file as it is just a script runner.
