Very simple mod that ports the Ghoul Mask from Fallout 3 into NV, complete with making feral ghouls friendly.

Can be found in the Nuclear test shack, being worn by Trash.

This mod is only the .esp, you will still need to get the assets from Fallout 3's BSAs, specifically the folders:

meshes/armor/ghoulmask/
textures/armor/ghoulmask/
textures/interface/icons/pipboyimages/apparel/apperal_ghoul_mask.dds

Not needed if you have Tale of Two Wastelands installed.
