About this mod
The Emissary Twins are in the Tops Aces Theater, wander around the posh place and mingle with the wasteland riffraff. The other members of their mission are hidden in Goodsprings Cave Bunker, a prewar personal shelter protected by a pack of coyotes outside. They are on their way toward the East Coast to recontact with their brethren in DC.

Shi Emissary Atomic Heart Twins at the Tops Aces Theater v1.0b

According to users' feedback, they'd like a FNV-only version of Atomic Heart Ballerina Twins in Mojave.
Which is pretty hard, in term of lore and story. Chinese Remnant practically doesnt exist in Western and Middlewestern area.
Other than Shi Empire, thus Shi Remnant from San Francisco, that is. We are talking about going back to days of Fallout 2 here~
So yeah, the Shi Remnant in the West send an emissary group toward the East, looking for Chinese Remnant in DC. Their group is trapped in Mojave due to the 2nd Hoover Dam battle looming on the horizon, as with every other travellers' groups.
The Twins, Amber (Dragon) and Azure (Dragon) are in the Aces Theater establishing presence, open contact.... you know, doing emissary works~ Not at White Glove because they are not blind, not at Gomorrah because they have class~ They are so named because four sacred beasts, yo~ Also the legacy of Dragon in Chinatown~
The other members are hidden in a secret bunker very near starting area since they dont plan to keep all eggs in one basket. If the twins get captured they have ability to do a rescue~

Merchant Xu and Pearl are at Goodsprings Cave Bunker, a prewar personal shelter that Shi Empire got location data from their prewar data cache. It might be a spy safehouse or not, who know? They certainly dont tell.
== Location ==
A small personal shelter at Goodsprings Cave in prewar style (and not the usual ncr/legion/bos safehouses). There's no lock to this bunker, because Xu and Pearl might need to get out and mingle with the local scavvers and settlers at Goodsprings. The coyotes in the cave is their gatekeeping method.
== Equipments ==
The Shi Armor is a variant of Chinese Stealth Armor.
Katana of the Shi is an already-modded Katana. It will look different from the usual katanas the local might wear.
Being emissary from Shi Empire, they might have rare weapons on their inventories.
Note: this mod is an FNV-only mod for the idea of Ballerina Twins. It will also get incorporated into "Shadow of War: Chinese Remnant and Enclave Agent in DC". If you play TTW, I urge you to install that mod instead of this one, as it have ten times of content of this.
