Adds a Unique Nail Gun that has been heavily damaged by the Cloud, as well as a weak variant of the Hazmat Suit

Nail Guns have always been one of my favorite weapons, and the Lonesome Road H&H Tools Nail Gun is no exception, but the lack of unique variants has always been disappointing. Not to mention the ammo consumption. So I thought I'd make a custom one for my new DUST playthrough.
Once the trusty tool of one of the contractors working on the Sierra Madre Villa, this Worker was stubborn and didn't pay heed to the warnings about the Cloud, leaving his Suit behind, and his Nail Gun in the middle of the Cloud. The Heavy Duty H&H Tools paint and premium quality guarantee managed to keep it in semi functional condition after all this time, albeit permanently Corroded and Tainted, losing its patented HYPERNAILER™ unmatched nailing speed, but its heavy coating of corrosive toxins poison every nail fired by it.
The Worker's unworn Hazmat Suit can be found nearby, similarly damaged by cloud exposure. Essentially just serving as a way to get a set of weakened Ghost Armor in Dead Money, Lacking the night vision and much of the poison resistance.
The Nail Gun and suit are found in/near a Cloud filled courtyard in the Villa of the Sierra Madre, however I added a spare, less lore friendly copy of each of these to the "Sealed Sewer" to allow for it to be obtained after Dead Money, or possibly in DUST.
This Nail Gun is slow firing, but with much higher damage per shot and a lingering poison damage, making it ideal for ammo efficiency and careful planning
Theoretically this is a very overpowered weapon for early Dead Money due to the bonus limb damage, but ammo is fairly limited, as I am too lazy to scatter more ammo across the Madre.
