What have I done ?
I simply enabled the bModifyDirectXBehavior option available in NVTF.
If you use texture mods like NMC, OJO Bueno, SCT... put the graphics settings on Ultra or High, otherwise the crash game.
Thanks to the site Viva New Vegas without which I would never have solved the problem.

Qu'est-ce que j'ai fait ?
J'ai simplement activé l'option bModifyDirectXBehavior disponible dans NVTF.
Si vous utilisez des mods de textures comme NMC, OJO Bueno, SCT... mettez les paramètres graphiques sur Ultra ou Elevé, sinon le jeu crash.
Merci au site Viva New Vegas sans qui je n'aurais jamais résolu le problème.
