Adds a consumable Bag of Holding into the game that you can buy from vendors

Adds a consumable Bag of Holding into the game that you can buy from vendors. When consumed it gives the player character +25 carry weight. Value 5,000 caps.
Added the item to vendors buy creating a leveled list with the Bag of Holding, then added the leveled list to the inventory of the following
Vendors.
Old Lady Gibson
Cliff Briscoe (Novac)
Johnson Nash (Primm)
Chet (Goodsprings)
Ralph (Mick & Ralphs)
Sarah Weintraub (Vault 21)
Calamity (Jacobstown)
First time I attempted to add items to merchant’s inventories so make a post if it doesn’t show up.
Bags of Holding are stackable. Using multiple bags of holding will continually increase your carryweight.
