saw the open perms and figured i'd put this up here the original mod nerfs and replaces the educated perk this version makes vault educated its own perk so you can still get educated
Its a small mod but all features are listed below.
Compatibility:
Should be compatible with most anything. The main trigger relies on the Goat Whisperer TTW challenge.

- Grants player the Vault Educated perk upon completion of the G.O.A.T
- The Vault Educated perk can be missed if the player chooses to skip the G.O.A.T
- The Vault Educated perk is balanced to give only one extra skill point a level instead of two. (Since ya know, your getting it for free.)
