Changes the Burden to Bear Perk to make it more powerful and nicer to Bears

Burden to Bear perk was kinda not very bear friendly making you look that you actually hunted and killed a innocent wild animal for like 10 carryweight ?, that show nothing my friend
so i changed the name of Burden to Bear Perk to Care to Bear Perk by giving literally 1200 Carryweight (yes that average size of a adult grizzy bear according to google) and 9 Charisma so you can show to everyone that you are actually nicer to the poor bears and the bear actually helped you survive the end of the world
GIVES:
9 Charisma
1200 Carryweight
Requires:
6 Strenght
6 Endurance
INSTALL:
Extract the Zip file and take the Esp. (the file named care to bear.esp) file and put inside your data folder and activate in the plugins menu also works with Mod Organizer
UNISTALL:
Just delete the (care to bear esp.) file
COMPABILITYS:
Well if you have another Perk mod that changes burden to Bear they might obviously conflict with my mod
