Replace Codac R9000 reticle from laser rifle scope to classic version

Surely you paid attention to the photograph of the city of Necropolis in Fallout 1, or rather, what camera this picture was taken with.
And you are right, this is the Codac R9000 that is in the Fallout New Vegas.
For some reason in the game it use a laser rifle reticle, I tried to correct this misunderstanding.
Installation: put the mod files in the data folder
Removing:
scope3.nif in meshes/interface/hud
codac_r9000.dds in textures/weapons/scope
