This adds 8 unique outfits for The Chairman and their staff to wear to better distinguish them as a faction and better represent their inspiration. The suits are in the style of The Rat Pack, specifically the aesthetics of their 1960 film Oceans 11. Now The Chairmen stand out as a faction and don't just wear generic Pre-War suits. There are also unique outfits for the Dealers and Bartenders that add to the old world Vegas charm. There are also small edits to a few of the generic NPC's hair and face models.
YUP has given me issues in the past by making The Chairmen wear the Grimy Pre-War Businesswear, even with the new suits in their inventories. I don't know how to fix this yet. I don't have YUP installed so I don't know if it's still this way.
My face edits may conflict with any redesign mod but I don't have any of those so I'm not sure how that plays out. The face edits are very light and only on a couple of NPCs. Most of the edits consist of hair changes.
