Changes the Science skill requirement for disarming slave collars to instead require the Explosives skill.

I thought it was rather odd that you needed a certain level in Science to disarm slave collars for the random encounter of two escaped slaves from Paradise Falls, rather than Explosives. I mean, they're literally bombs. This mod fixes that. 

This mod will work with any other mods that don't change the MS13RemoveCollar* dialogue topics.
