This mod will turn everyone in the wasteland to a smoker.
This is a scripted espless mod.
To achieve the intended effect, the script will scan all NPCs in the game ESM & ESP list when it's started and determine if they are a child or not,
if they're not, then the faction "SmokerFaction" will be added to the NPC, enabling them to smoke.
Compatible with TTW and any other mods that adds NPC into the game.
Not compatible with mods that change the race flags of children.
